We're looking for experienced Plant Requirements Maintenance Mechanics who take pride in keeping production running safely and efficiently. If you're a skilled industrial maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting abilities, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, processing, and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Position Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb, and bend throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in wet, refrigerated, and high-noise manufacturing environments.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
