Handle chemical agents safely for tasks like floor cleaning, waxing, and carpet cleaning, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct manual handling of heavy cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient service delivery while maintaining safety standards. Maintain cleanliness across designated areas through routine janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and detailed spot cleaning. Apply environmentally friendly cleaning practices whenever possible to promote sustainability in all custodial activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during service visits. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services with knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, waxing, and refinishing. Familiarity with cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and related tools. Ability to handle floor cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly while following all safety guidelines. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks required for moving equipment or supplies. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results consistently. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and client interactions. Prior janitorial or environmental services experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
