MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Asset Preservation | Service Excellence | Operational Efficiency | Cost Recovery Position Summary The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in protecting the physical asset, delivering exceptional resident service, and supporting the financial performance of the community. This position is responsible for executing day-to-day maintenance operations including service requests, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and general repairs. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician ensures all work is completed efficiently, professionally, and with a high level of accountability. This role also contributes to treating the maintenance department as a profit center through accurate documentation, time tracking, and cost recovery practices. Performance Expectations (KPIs) ≥ 95% work orders completed within 48 hours (profit center mindset) ≥ 30 billable hours per week Apartment turns completed within 5-8 day target High-quality work with minimal callbacks Accurate, complete, and audit-ready documentation Qualifications 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or related field preferred Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently Experience with property management systems (e.g., AppFolio) preferred Strong time management, organization, and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation aMUST Pay:
$29.00 - $34.00 per hourBenefits:
