Job Description
HVAC (Including Chiller and Boiler) and Refrigeration maintenance. Strong electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting abilities. Respond to guest room call when needed. Complete any assigned Preventive Maintenance procedures. Adhere to hotel safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods of time Must have open availability including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift, push, pull moderate amount of weight. Must be open to other maintenance related work. Hotel/Building/Apartment maintenance background helpful.
