In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of building systems, performing repairs, and conducting routine inspections to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your expertise will help uphold our high standards of facility excellence, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building interior systems function optimally. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about facilities maintenance and eager to contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other building interior components. Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment . Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain facilities equipment by inspecting, diagnosing issues, and executing necessary repairs or replacements. Supervise maintenance projects when needed, providing leadership to junior team members or contractors to ensure quality work. Assist with plumbing system maintenance including leak repairs, pipe replacements, and fixture installations. Perform painting tasks such as touch-ups or full interior repainting to uphold aesthetic standards. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to protect yourself and others on site. Experience Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices including the use of hand tools and electrical equipment repair techniques. Knowledge of building interior maintenance standards along with residential painting skills is advantageous. Pay:
