Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician at Richman Property Services, Inc.! Richman Property Services, Inc., is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Lincoln Village. Our 61 unit residential community located in Oroville, CA.Key Qualifications:
Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment Preferred EPA I & II or EPA Universal Experience with Yardi property management software products On call rotationAbout Us:

Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines Manage service requests and ensure timely completion Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service Seeking educational opportunities for personal growth and development Assist in property preventative maintenance plan Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds Perform on-call duties and occasional overtimeRequirements:
Education:
High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferredExperience:
Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance and general repair experience or Groundskeeper Proficiency in maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Must own basic tools as allowed by state laws Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing Laws Strong organizational skills and ability to work independentlySkills & Certifications:
EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposesBenefits:
