This role works under the direction of senior maintenance staff and leadership to ensure all equipment, facilities, and support systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. This is a hands-on, entry-level position designed for individuals looking to develop practical skills in facility maintenance, basic electrical and mechanical systems, and medical imaging environment support. The role requires flexibility to travel between sites, respond to operational needs, and assist in maintaining a clean, functional, and patient-ready environment at all times. Primary Responsibilities Assist with general facility maintenance across multiple imaging centers (electrical, plumbing, minor repairs, patchwork, etc.) Support basic troubleshooting of equipment and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs (MRI, X-ray, HVAC, chillers) Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks and maintain logs/documentation Assist with installation, setup, and movement of equipment or facility components Ensure all sites remain clean, safe, and operational for staff and patients Respond to urgent maintenance issues and prioritize tasks across locations Work closely with operations, technologists, and leadership to support daily workflow Work Environment This position operates across active medical imaging facilities and may involve exposure to MRI environments (magnetic safety protocols to be taught), mechanical rooms, and construction/repair areas. Travel between sites is required. Growth Opportunity This role is structured as a training position with the opportunity to advance into a full Maintenance Technician or Multi-Site Maintenance Engineer role based on performance and skill development. Work Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends when needed Must be available to travel between sites based on operational demand. Compensation $22-$25 (could increase based on knowledge, experience and performance). Mileage reimbursement applies under qualifying travel circumstances Benefits Company-paid health insurance available after 60 days of employment .
