Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team to support our Antelope Valley locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients and their residents.
Pay Range :
$24 Job Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. Conduct inspections of common areas and residential units to identify and address maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with property management staff to ensure the overall well-being of the property and its residents. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance techniques. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
