$40-45/hr (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)Schedule:

Our client is a public American software company specializing in big data analytics. Their software helps institutions tackle critical challenges, from stopping cyber threats to advancing healthcare research. The team focuses on machine-assisted and human-driven data analysis to support these initiatives. Responsibilities Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and different office sectors. Oversee or coordinate maintenance, operation, and repair of all HVAC systems, associated electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repairs, and related grounds. Conduct facility inspections, report conditions affecting client occupancy and operations. Manage and monitor ticketing and work order systems using CMMS technology. Maintain vendor relationships, schedule and support vendors onsite. Support onsite events, including setup, execution, and reset tasks. Follow all safety procedures, maintain work area safety, and propose solutions to hazards. Ensure compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws. Support after-hours building activities as needed. Assist with other tasks to ensure mission-critical operations succeed. What We Value Attention to detail and a discerning eye for quality. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years in a Facilities or Maintenance role for commercial or corporate offices. Experience supporting facilities in corporate office, commercial, or hospitality settings; residential-only experience does not qualify. Some experience with electrical work, including troubleshooting installing/replacing/repairing commercial lighting fixtures. Knowledge of electrical basics and safety when working with lighting circuits (not full electrical work unless licensed). Hands-on experience performing work yourself.Some Carpentry experience:
perform basic jobs such as repairing doors, cabinets, shelving, furniture; measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing Some experience with use of hand and power tools (saws, drills, hammers, levels, etc.). Basic troubleshooting with plumbing work; installing/repairing sinks, toilets, faucets, water lines, and drains. Experience working closely with vendors, including managing and communicating with them. Basic computer skills (MS Word, learning ticketing systems). Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft. On-call and occasional overtime availability (emergencies only; roughly one Saturday per month if urgent).
