  • Friday 6am
  • 2:30pm Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed This role requires advanced technical expertise in electric motors, electrical systems, fabrication, plumbing/water installations, and preventive maintenance practices.
As an A-Level Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a technical resource for the facility and support the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do:
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues. Perform advanced troubleshooting on industrial electric motors, motor controls, drives, contactors, relays, and electrical circuits. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, wiring, conduit, and power distribution. Perform basic to intermediate fabrication, welding, and metalworking to support equipment reliability and facility improvements. Install, maintain, and repair facility plumbing, water distribution systems, pumps, and valves. Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, analyze equipment failures, and maintain accurate records within the CMMS system. Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, participate in root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with production teams to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Ensure all maintenance activities are performed according to quality and safety standards, including consistently applying Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
