The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with supervisory experience and leadership capabilities to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Repair or replace defective components, including welding repairs and residential painting as needed Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and modify control systems Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Supervise junior technicians or maintenance staff during repair tasks Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities Assist in facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical repairs as required Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving equipment reliability and facility safety Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or facilities maintenance roles with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems Strong knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring, PLC programming, and troubleshooting techniques Proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment Welding skills and residential painting experience are considered a plus Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics effectively Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance environment preferred Excellent communication skills in English for effective team collaboration and customer service interactions Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and documentation Mechanical knowledge applicable to industrial equipment repair and preventative maintenance This position is integral to maintaining the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our manufacturing operations.
