Overview We seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our production operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues related to : Roll-forming machines, Stamping and cutting equipment, Steel processing and fabrication machinery Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential mechanical failures and safety risks Assist with machine installation, setup, and adjustments Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and company guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment Hands-on experience with manufacturing machinery and mechanical systems

EXPERIENCE

with CNC machines and steel fabrication equipment is strongly preferred Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and manuals Basic welding, fabrication, or machining skills are a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
