We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team of roving maintenance techs to serve our apartment communities and single-family residences. Properties are located primarily between Inglewood and San Pedro, with most properties located in Hawthorne and the Beach Cities. The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently and in teams. The ideal person for this position will be customer service oriented, have excellent communications skills, and be a team player. Here are some of the key responsibilities of this position: Assist with routine building inspections Trash out vacant units Groundskeeping and janitorial duties Will assist technicians with various maintenance tasks, as needed Outdoor painting Delivery of notices to apartment doors Assist with resident events if needed; this would include setup, breakdown, cleanup, etc. Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned/as needed

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

Be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Left 40-50 lbs.
