We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in the Los Angeles area. You will collaborate with team members to assess and respond to maintenance issues, develop a rapport with residents by being knowledgeable and friendly, and inspire trust by caring for our community and making our apartments feel like home. Table:
A solid understanding of general maintenance and technology and learning new skills quickly. Meticulous, initiative-taking, and ability to work independently. Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude. Strong time management skills. Solid communication skills. Ability to think like an owner, performing regular maintenance to avoid emergencies.Your Calling Will Be :
Familiar with essential tools and chemicals. Responsible for the grounds and common areas' overall cleanliness and curb appeal. Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment. Ability to resolve and complete work orders promptly. Ability to respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants. Manage other duties and special projects as assigned. 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies Reliable and consistent form of daily transportation to and from work, including after hours for emergencies Satisfactory drug test and background check.
