Full Job Description Hours :
36 hours per week; Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm As a Maintenance Technician, you will : Manage maintenance, repairs and special facility-related project assignments. Manage and coordinate facility-related work in accordance with CRF policies, procedures, protocols and common practices, integrating them into the carrying out of job responsibilities. Obtain all required approvals prior to the onset of work. Provide supervisor with receipts for repair and maintenance supplies in a timely manner, notating the receipts with the facility(s) for which they were purchased. Coordinate with supervisor daily on work orders and scheduling of work orders, which are written on the supervisor's job board. Conduct site inspections of mechanical systems at CRF program locations as necessary; discuss resulting recommendations with Supervisor.

High School diploma/GED required Additional Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance is required Formalized or apprentice training in trades including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, and engineering is required A valid California driver's license in good standing, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position.
