This is a versatile position that includes guest room repairs, building maintenance, deliveries, cleaning, and other general hotel tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Handle guest room maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, doors, fixtures, furniture, and minor repairs. Perform basic preventive maintenance and inspections throughout the hotel. Assist with painting, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs. Help receive, move, and organize deliveries and supplies. Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas, equipment, and work areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the front desk and hotel staff. Assist with other hotel-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel, building maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Must be flexible and willing to help with a variety of hotel tasks.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
