Job Description

Job Overview As a Screen Tech 2, you will be responsible for leading and executing the installation of window and door screens at residential and commercial properties. This senior level position requires extensive experience and expertise in screen installation techniques, as well as strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior technicians. Duties Lead and supervise a team of installation technicians to ensure efficient and high quality installation of window and door screens, Perform on-site assessments to determine the scope of work, evaluate the condition of existing screens, and identify any potential installation challenges. Coordinate with customers and others to schedule installations, communicate project timelines, and address any concerns or special requirements. Utilize advanced knowledge of screen installation techniques, tools, and materials to complete installations accuarately and effiently. Train and mentor junior technicians on proper installation procedures, safety protocals, and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues or discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction and adhere to project specifications. Maintain a clean and orgnized work environment, including proper storage and inventory management of installation tools and materials. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries during installations. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring a positive installation experience.updated on industry Stay update on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to window and door screen installation, and incorporate innovations into installation process where applicable. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; addtional technical certifications or vocational training in contruction or carpentry preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in window and dopr screen installation, with demonstrated profiency in a variety of installation techniques and screen types. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and mentor a team of intallation technicians Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and other service providers. Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in screen installation. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Valid driver's licence and clean driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in various weather conditions. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders as needed. Willingeness to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
