Become part of our Pacific Western Corporation family, a multistate leader in luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician in San Marcos, CA.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will perform the following duties: Plumbing repairs Electric repairs Appliance repairs Building repairs Dry wall, patch and installation Slab leaks Floor repairs Lock and key service including maintenance and re-keying Painting Carpentry Apartment Turnovers And any other type of duties as assigned by supervisors May be required to work at more than one location
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS
High school diploma or GED 2 years' of experience in Apartment, hotel, or construction/handyman or general maintenance/contractor experience EPA Certification (preferred) HVAC Air Conditioning maintenance and repair experience (preferred) Lift up to 50 pounds Valid Driver's License
