Flexible hours, outdoor work, and a growing local team. This starts as part-time — and as we grow (which we are, quickly), the role is expected to expand into full-time hours. If you want to get in early and grow with us, this is that seat. Pay & Setup $23-$26/hour based on experience Part-time, flexible hours to start, with a path to full-time as volume grows Paid training Tools provided Schedule Part-time / flexible to start Home daily Opportunity to move into a full-time schedule as we scale Responsibilities Perform pool cleaning and maintenance Test and balance water chemistry Empty baskets, brush, vacuum, and skim as needed Inspect equipment and flag issues Communicate professionally with customers Log service details, photos, and notes in our CRM Qualifications Pool service experience required (2+ years) Strong customer service skills and professional attitude Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable Valid California driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors daily Preferred (not required) Equipment repair experience Leak detection or pool inspections Commercial pool service experience Service Area North County San Diego — San Marcos, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, Vista, and surrounding areas Apply If you take pride in clean pools and want flexible part-time work now — with a clear path to full-time as we grow — apply here.
