Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Bi-lingual, versatile and skilled General Handyman to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various property types. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities. Responsibilities Conduct plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and ensuring proper operation of plumbing infrastructure. Perform electrical work such as troubleshooting electrical issues, installing or repairing wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Utilize hand tools effectively for various repair and installation tasks. Carry out HVAC maintenance tasks to ensure heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently. Engage in carpentry work including framing, installing doors or windows, and other woodwork projects. Apply maintenance painting to touch up or refresh interior and exterior surfaces as needed. Install pavers and tiles for landscaping or interior purposes. Complete framing projects for construction or renovation purposes. Support other general maintenance duties across the property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Skills Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, HVAC systems, and general maintenance. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required for various repair tasks. Ability to perform tile installation and paver laying with precision. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on job progress.
