Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, versatile, and reliable individual to assist with outdoor maintenance and light repairs for our private residence and connected business property. This is a consistent, full-time position for a motivated person with a solid background in property care and general handyman skills. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain landscaping by mowing lawns, weed whacking, trimming hedges, and clearing brush. Perform minor repairs on buildings, fences, gates, walkways, and outdoor structures. Troubleshoot basic issues related to carpentry, simple plumbing, or lighting. Operate power tools safely, including commercial mowers, trimmers, drills, and saws. Organize work areas including workshops, storage sheds, and garages. Handle heavy lifting of materials like lumber, soil, mulch, and equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work. Proficiency with tools and a solid understanding of basic repair techniques. Physical Fitness - The ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed and perform physical outdoor work, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in varying weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills to work independently and follow verbal instructions. Reliable transportation to get to the property on time every day.
