About the Role We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Fence Builder/construction worker to join our growing team. Our work focuses primarily on high-quality fence construction along with wildfire mitigation and related outdoor projects throughout the Bay Area. This is a hands-on position with a wide variety of work: no two days are the same . One day may involve building custom wood fencing, the next may involve gates, repairs, hillside projects, or wildfire prevention work. What We Offer Raise after 90-day probation period based on performance Possibility of company truck after probationary period Full-time, steady work year-round Work in the growing wildfire mitigation industry Opportunity for advancement and leadership roles Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial fence construction Dig post holes, set posts, hang gates, and install fencing materials Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Support wildfire mitigation and defensible space projects Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites Work efficiently as part of a crew Leadmand supervise crews on the jobsite Other duties as assigned Requirements Must live in the immediate Bay area Strong work ethic and ability to work hard and problem solve Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs daily Clean driving record required Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the US Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Construction or fencing experience is a plus, but not required Work Area Projects are located throughout the immediate Bay Area (North Bay, South Bay, East Bay and occasionally North to Sonoma area) .
