San Ramon is looking for a hands-on Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building things, working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing the finished result of their work out in the community. We're not just a print shop. We produce and install a wide variety of custom signage and graphics for businesses throughout the Bay Area—from vehicle graphics and dimensional lettering to building signs, wall graphics, ADA signage, window graphics, and more. What You'll Do You'll work across both sign production and field installation , including: Produce signs and graphics according to work orders, drawings, and specifications Apply vinyl lettering, printed graphics, and other materials to a variety of substrates Prepare materials by cutting, cleaning, painting, masking, laminating, mounting, and finishing Weed, mask, and apply computer-cut vinyl Operate wide-format printers, laminators, cutters, and other production equipment Fabricate and assemble dimensional letters, panels, displays, and other sign products Install signs, graphics, dimensional lettering, window graphics, wall graphics, and other products at customer locations Perform vehicle graphic and decal installations Safely use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment Read measurements, layouts, drawings, and work orders accurately Conduct quality checks before products leave the shop and after installation Keep production and installation areas organized, clean, and safe Help identify material and inventory needs Troubleshoot problems in the shop and in the field Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to become exceptionally good at the trade.

at customer locations Eager to learn — you want to continue developing your fabrication, installation, and production skills Experience & Requirements 2+ years of sign production and/or sign installation experience strongly preferred Experience with vinyl application or vehicle graphics is a major plus Construction, fabrication, carpentry, painting, electrical, automotive, or other skilled-trade experience may also be relevant Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to accurately use a tape measure and work from dimensions and layouts Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Able to lift and carry 50+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical installation work Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Why Join
