Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians throughout Orange County . Maintenance staff will be responsible for completing tickets, turning vacant units, installing appliances, and other required tasks, and must be part of a very active team. They must also have their own hand tools and a drill. Punctuality is important, and the manager is looking for technicians who are skilled, and ready to start immediately.
Maintenance Technicians' Responsibilities:
Strong experience in the following tasks: Plumbing
  • sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable) Electrical
  • replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable Carpentry
  • patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting Appliances
  • help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs Technicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for the completed job Report missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed) ​
Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Must have reliable transportation and have a team mentality All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
