Summary Saticoy Foods Corporation, a subsidiary of Moody Dunbar, Inc, the nation's largest food processor of peppers and pimientos is seeking to hire a full-time quality Maintenance Mechanic to undertake tasks related to fabricating and installation of machinery and equipment.

Typical Hours :
10- hour shift/ 4 days a week. Overtime duringProduction Season Pay :
DOE Essential Responsibilities including but not limited to : Proficient in welding and operating a cutting torch to join metal parts Trained in machine tools such grinder, drill and fabricating equipment Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors to repair machine Install, operate and troubleshoot inkjet coders Installs new or repaired parts. Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. Lays out, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Performs preventative maintenance as neededFood Safety Related Job Requirements:
Ensures that contamination of product does not occur when working in the process area. Maintain paperwork for scheduled maintenance log Keeps all tools from coming in contact with product. Does not introduce foreign material (i.e metal chards, nuts, bolts) into the process area Responsible for maintainingFood Safety Personal Protection Equipment Required:
Eye and face protection Hot Work PPE Hairnet/beard net Earplugs Bump cap Reflective Vest Minimum Requirements Minimum Requirements Capable of making repetitive arm and hand motions, stand, walk up steps, reach, bend, kneel, and lift•. Must be able to stand continuously for extended periods of time and work in outdoor settings •Lifting Capacity:
