Full-Time Supreme Sign Installations is seeking an experienced Journeyman Sign Installer to join our team. This is a long-term career opportunity with the ability to become a Union Carpenter through the Carpenters Union. Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $70+/hour (based on experience)

• 5+ years of professional sign installation experience (required)
• Ability to independently lead projects from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Required Certifications
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• Boom Lift Certification
• Scissor Lift Certification Required Experience Candidates must have hands-on experience installing:
• Interior & exterior signage
• Building signage
• Monument signs
• ADA/code signage
• Vinyl graphics and window film
• Wall coverings
• Architectural film
• Acoustical panels
• Wayfinding systems
• Large-format graphics Responsibilities
• Lead installation crews
• Read plans and shop drawings
• Coordinate work with project managers and general contractors
• Complete projects safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized job site
