Full-Time Supreme Sign Installations is seeking an experienced Journeyman Sign Installer to join our team. This is a long-term career opportunity with the ability to become a Union Carpenter through the Carpenters Union. Compensation & Benefits- Starting pay: $70+/hour (based on experience)

- 5+ years of professional sign installation experience (required)
- Ability to independently lead projects from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Required Certifications
- OSHA 30 (preferred)
- Boom Lift Certification
- Scissor Lift Certification Required Experience Candidates must have hands-on experience installing:
- Interior & exterior signage
- Building signage
- Monument signs
- ADA/code signage
- Vinyl graphics and window film
- Wall coverings
- Architectural film
- Acoustical panels
- Wayfinding systems
- Large-format graphics Responsibilities
- Lead installation crews
- Read plans and shop drawings
- Coordinate work with project managers and general contractors
- Complete projects safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized job site
