United Site Services is hiring a Fence Technician/Driver to install, service, and remove temporary fencing for construction, industrial, and event sites. In this field-based role, you'll safely operate company vehicles, load and unload fencing materials, and ensure secure, compliant installations that meet customer specifications. You'll complete daily routes, document work performed, and communicate professionally with customers and teammates. Responsibilities Install, repair, and remove temporary fencing at construction, industrial, and event sites Safely load, secure, transport, and unload fencing materials using company vehicles Inspect fencing for damage, stability, and compliance with safety standards Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures Complete work orders, routing, and basic documentation accurately Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to meet daily schedules Required Skills Fence installation and repair Safe box truck/medium-duty vehicle driving Load securement and material handling Basic construction/site safety Reading site plans or layout instructions Use of hand and power tools DOT and OSHA safety awareness Route planning and time management Equipment inspection and basic maintenance Customer communication and documentation
