Responsibilities Conduct periodic inspections on assigned equipment according to Preventive Maintenance Schedule (ISO Form 11-01-01-B). Perform preventative maintenance work on machinery to prevent breakdowns, costly repairs, and unsafe conditions. Promptly respond to and complete job requisitions according to request forms. Work with electrical systems ranging from 5V DC to 480V AC and interpret PLC ladder logic. Troubleshoot, assemble, and align gears, bearings, shafts, and piping systems. Utilize CMMS software to log work orders and order required spare parts cost-effectively. Clean shop and parts area at the end of every shift and maintain daily housekeeping standards. Strictly follow Lock-out / Tag-out (LOTO) procedures at all times. Operate a forklift as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, industrial equipment, and machinery. Ability to understand PLC ladder logic and work with voltages from 5V DC up to 480V AC. Experience using Preventive Maintenance programs (CMMS) and basic computer skills. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder). Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, bend, stand, and climb step ladders as needed. IND2
