Responsibilities Expert Diagnostics & Installation:

Identify and fix issues with pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation.

Versatile Field Work:

Perform specialized tasks including mastic jobs, acid washes, filter cleans, and salt system maintenance.

Team Support:

Be willing to cover standard service routes or assist other technicians whenever the team needs backup.

Communication:

Clearly explain findings to management and interact professionally with customers.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and inventory.

Required Skills & Experience Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of proven professional pool repair and maintenance experience (Required).

Problem-Solver Mentality:

Rock-Solid Reliability:

Consistent attendance is a non-negotiable requirement.

Physical Ability:
