Maintenance Technician -

Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Bilingual English/Spanish required. We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Templeton, CA . This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience in apartment or property maintenance.

What You'll Do:

Complete maintenance service requests and repairs in a timely and professional manner Perform preventive maintenance on property equipment, systems, and common areas Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues Assist with apartment unit turns, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept common areas and property grounds Respond to maintenance needs while providing professional and courteous service to residents

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in apartment, multifamily, or property maintenance Bilingual in English and Spanish Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently Strong customer service and communication skills EPA 608 certification preferred Apply today!
