  • About the Role
  • A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, testing, and documentation of utility and process equipment across manufacturing and utility plant operations.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Perform maintenance activities including inspections, testing, and minor/major equipment overhauls.
+ Rebuild and replace pumps and valves. + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems. + Perform piping modification and repair. + Complete work safely, compliantly, and on schedule with minimal disruption to production, in alignment with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality policies. + Communicate work activities clearly to system operators and key stakeholders. + Accurately complete work order documentation. + Review maintenance reports, forms, plans, and records. + Identify waste, workflow bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; recommend and help implement solutions. + Pursue ongoing skill development to support team performance.
  • Requirements
  • + Associate degree + 2 years of relevant experience, OR + 2 years of technical school training with hands-on experience, OR + High school diploma/GED + 4 years of relevant experience _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
