Maintenance Technician:

• + Perform general maintenance and repair work for university facilities + Complete drywall patching, painting, plumbing, basic electrical repairs, door repairs, and other general maintenance tasks + Respond promptly to scheduled service calls and maintenance requests + Build and maintain positive relationships with regular clients on a consistent service schedule + Communicate effectively with the office team regarding job status, progress, and field updates + Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards + Work occasional weekends and overtime as required to meet operational needs •Available shifts:•

• Job requirements:
