We specialize in restoring and repairing swimming pools and surrounding surfaces. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our field crew. Some experience working around swimming pools or in construction is required, but we will train the right person in our specialized methods.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Remove calcium and mineral buildup from pool tile using our tile descaling process Assist with pool tile removal, installation, and repair Perform concrete preparation, patching, resurfacing, and repair Assist with structural pool repairs, including pool stapling Apply decorative concrete resurfacing and micro topping systems Use pressure-washing, grinding, and other jobsite equipment Prepare and clean jobsites, load materials, and maintain tools and equipment Work as part of a crew at residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California Follow company procedures and jobsite safety requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Previous experience working around pools or in construction, concrete, masonry, tile, plastering, hardscaping, or a related trade Willingness to learn specialized pool-repair and restoration techniques Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Careful attention to workmanship and customers' property Comfortable working outdoors and around empty or partially drained pools Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying materials, bending, kneeling, and working in heat, with or without reasonable accommodation Able to work well with a crew and communicate professionally Valid driver's license and reliable transportation On-the-job training provided Weekdays Occasional overtime or early start times may be required This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work and wants to develop specialized skills in pool repair, tile restoration, concrete resurfacing, and structural repair.
