Comfort Suites Tulare is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on Maintenance Staff to join our team. No previous hotel maintenance experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, is mechanically inclined, and enjoys solving problems. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel. Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry issues. Complete preventive maintenance on guest rooms and public areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Keep tools, equipment, and maintenance areas clean and organized. Assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. Qualifications Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Must be handy and comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed. Valid driver's license is a plus.
