As a residential property management M aintenance Technician , you'll prepare apartments for new residents, make repairs for people already living there, and perform upkeep to make the community the best it can be. We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn, and have an aptitude for the mechanical. This job and career path provide advantages you can't always find elsewhere, even in other maintenance jobs: Range of work and knowledge: You'll be called on to fix problems with plumbing, electricity, heating, cooling, locks, carpentry, and more.

No two days are alike. You'll have different tasks in different apartments, meeting and helping different people. Full-time, year-round work: You won't experience seasonal lulls, the way you might as an HVAC contractor or other maintenance specialist.

Provide excellent customer service to our residents: Ensure resident satisfaction by the timely completion of work order requests and apartment turns with new residents Participate in after hours rotation for property - ensuring timely response of emergency maintenance requests. Participate in resident events Ensure safety guidelines are followed at the property Ensure maintenance team is following policy as it relates to safety (wearing protective gear, following heat stress guidelines, etc).
