Overview:

Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville, is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Person or Construction Service Engineer for a Hotel property. Who is open to work on weekends, Will be responsible for preventative maintenance work and repairs at Hotel building.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for day-to-day work orders received from Front Desk on duty, Property Managers and Hotel employees.

• Prepare scope of work for all repair jobs. Identify upgrade needs. Provide regular reports on HVAC needs and performance. Take the initiative to develop needed professional skills appropriate for the job. Become familiar with Hotel repairing programs and Schedules. Responsible for the safe operation of all equipment jobs. Employ effective interpersonal skills. Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills. Exhibit good customer service skills.

Qualifications:

At least 1 + years experience in Maintenance , Construction and HVAC commercial. If not, person should be capable of learning on the job. Available for rotating on-call duties. Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime as well as variable shifts and emergency on-call as needed Ability to lift 40 + Lb, work on ladders, man lifts, in and above ceiling space, and small spaces or roof access spaces.
