The ideal candidate has experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting facility operations, and working safely in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and utilities. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical equipment. Inspect, maintain, and support pumps, motors, compressors, valves, hoses, gauges, sensors, and compressed air systems. Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormal operating conditions. Complete maintenance work orders, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance documentation. Read and interpret technical manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and equipment specifications. Support facility upkeep and general maintenance activities to maintain a safe and organized workplace. Coordinate with Production, Operations, Quality, Safety, and external vendors as needed. Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE requirements, and other applicable safety programs. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational efficiency. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, mechanical repair, or a related field. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Technical training, trade school, or maintenance certification. Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems. Experience working with pumps, motors, compressors, utilities, or manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety practices. Physical Requirements Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, pull, and perform physical maintenance activities throughout the workday. Regularly lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, vibration, temperature changes, and industrial equipment. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, and respirators when required.
