Building Maintenance Technician - Visalia Area Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for a great company in the Visalia area!
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00/hrSchedule:
Monday-Friday | 1st Shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)Job Duties:
Perform general maintenance on rental units including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs Maintain outdoor grounds including mowing, spraying, fertilizing, and basic weed control Use and maintain hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyRequirements:
2+ years of maintenance, repair, plumbing, electrical, or groundskeeping experience Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record required (company vehicle will be provided) If you or someone you know is interested, please reach out today! #INDSKILL
