Job Description

Facilities Maintenance Worker -
Part-Time Pay:
$26.07-$27.38/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
3 days/week, 6:30 AM-3:00
PM Assignment:
Temporary through December We are seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Worker to assist with basic building maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and move office furniture and equipment. Perform basic repairs, painting, and maintenance. Use hand and power tools. Assist with office setup and layouts. Respond to basic maintenance requests. Follow safety procedures and keep work areas safe.
Requirements:
Valid California Driver's License. Clean driving record. Live Scan/background clearance required. Basic maintenance and tool experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$26.07 - $27.38 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
