Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in various aspects of applicable to property maintenance Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requestsDemonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenanceFlexible availability to cover after-hour maintenance callsValid Driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screenGood communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer careMust be eligible to work in the U.S.
