• Job Summary
• We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our community meets the highest quality standards and comply with industry standards. This position involves conducting inspections and analyzing processes to maintain a quality community. Sewer/septic experience is a plus.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough inspections of common area and home maintenance, landscaping, community rule violations and ensure compliance has been met.
• Analyze data from inspections to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain septic system.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, results, for compliance documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Skills
• Strong knowledge of multi housing community rules and violations as well as tenant/landlord responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

$48,000.00
