Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Foreman/Handyman to lead and perform a variety of residential construction, carpentry, maintenance, and repair projects across diverse job sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates effectively, and can confidently coordinate day-to-day activities on a job site. You will lead by example while working alongside the team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Shifts start at 7 am daily. Lead and coordinate daily activities on residential construction and remodeling job sites. Perform and oversee custom carpentry, finish work, repairs, maintenance, and general construction tasks. Troubleshoot and assist with repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other residential systems. Read and understand plans, specifications, and project details. Coordinate with Site Supervisors, subcontractors, homeowners, and other team members. Ensure proper site protection is in place and maintained throughout the project. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Manage daily job-site cleanup, material organization, and trash removal. Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure work is completed according to company standards. Identify potential issues and communicate them promptly to the appropriate team members. Lead by example in professionalism, safety, dependability, and attention to detail. Help ensure projects remain on schedule and are completed efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Excellent English communication skills , both verbal and written. Previous residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or maintenance experience. Strong hands-on construction and problem-solving skills. Ability to confidently lead a crew and work effectively as part of a team. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Basic computer and software skills and experience ; comfortable using email, mobile applications, scheduling/project-management software, and other technology used in the field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing work to a high standard. Professional demeanor and ability to communicate respectfully with clients, coworkers, subcontractors, and vendors. Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
