Maintenance Employment Type:
Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain the property and ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for guests. The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs, inspect property systems and equipment, assist with guest technology needs, respond to maintenance requests, and support seasonal and property improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs, including drywall patching, painting, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work . Conduct routine property inspections to ensure systems and equipment are functioning properly. Troubleshoot and configure audio/visual equipment and Wi-Fi connections for guest use. Respond promptly to urgent and emergency maintenance requests. Assist with seasonal property preparations and improvement projects. Maintain tools, equipment, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition. Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report issues as needed. Work with team members to help ensure guest satisfaction and property safety. Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or similar hands-on experience preferred. Basic knowledge of general repairs, including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Comfortable troubleshooting basic A/V equipment and Wi-Fi connectivity. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, organized, and responsive to maintenance requests. Strong commitment to safety and guest service. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance responsibilities. Pay:
$27.00 per hour
