Job Description
Basics Hourly Rate
- $28•$30, overtime 2x hourly rate Hourly Employee Work week•9am to 5pm Mon•Friday with occasional after-hours calls on weekends (when on call).
- $50/day, start 5pm Friday and ending 9am Friday, 7 days later. 1 week out of every 4 weeks (1 week on call, 3 weeks off). Paid at double time and billed from start of call to end of call or return to your house/where you took the call if you have to go out in the field. Paid Vacation time, Sick time ,Personal time Insurance stipend
- up to $500/month, paid out monthly, starts after 1st 30 days of employment Company Phone
- you will be given a company phone to be used for company purposes Discretionary Seasonal Bonus
- If paid, paid after end of ski season and after end of summer Discretionary year-end bonus
- 0% up to 5% of annual pay if paid, paid end of 4th quarter (on/before December 31st) 2 Day Week ASC ski pass or equivalent compensation subject to ASC pass offerings changes Thirty (30) day employment period before insurance stipend available Ninety (90) day employment period before bonus and ski pass available unless an exception is made due to timing of hire Annual review is performed the end of the year.
