Job Description

Basics Hourly Rate
  • $28•$30, overtime 2x hourly rate Hourly Employee Work week•9am to 5pm Mon•Friday with occasional after-hours calls on weekends (when on call).
On-call
  • $50/day, start 5pm Friday and ending 9am Friday, 7 days later. 1 week out of every 4 weeks (1 week on call, 3 weeks off). Paid at double time and billed from start of call to end of call or return to your house/where you took the call if you have to go out in the field. Paid Vacation time, Sick time ,Personal time Insurance stipend
  • up to $500/month, paid out monthly, starts after 1st 30 days of employment Company Phone
  • you will be given a company phone to be used for company purposes Discretionary Seasonal Bonus
  • If paid, paid after end of ski season and after end of summer Discretionary year-end bonus
  • 0% up to 5% of annual pay if paid, paid end of 4th quarter (on/before December 31st) 2 Day Week ASC ski pass or equivalent compensation subject to ASC pass offerings changes Thirty (30) day employment period before insurance stipend available Ninety (90) day employment period before bonus and ski pass available unless an exception is made due to timing of hire Annual review is performed the end of the year.
At that time we will review/discuss any change in your hourly rate based on your progress/growth/job performance Access to and use of company vehicle. Gas covered by the company. Vehicle is for the job and to and from work and is not for personal Starting work tool kit (minimum tools needed to effectively perform job duties), complete kit to be returned at end of employment Job Duties Manage, maintain and repair properties in a safe, professional and efficient manner including but not limited to: handy-person work, lawn care, water feature maintenance (ex., pool, hot tub, fountain), snow removal, general labor, driving, shopping, vendor outreach and other jobs/projects as needed Use good judgement in assessing property and project needs/scope of work. Timely completing all tasks, minimizing cost to clients and company Speak and work honestly, completing tasks professionally and with an attention to detail. If beyond the scope of your skill set notify manager/company and coordinate/recommend professional services, as needed. Communicate with clients, vendors and company members in a timely, professional and respectful fashion, responding as soon as possible to requests and notifying of completion of tasks as soon after completion as possible Work in a respectful, professional, and empathetic manner with all clients, vendors and company members. Follow the "Golden Rule" Diligently account for all time, both billable and non-billable Care, account for and maintain all company assets/equipment. This includes but is not limited to company vehicles, storage facilities, tools and work kit. This also includes the requirement of turning in receipts for any/all expenses and purchases made on company credit card or charge accounts on the day the charge is made. Job Requirements Basic knowledge/understanding of property maintenance including but not limited to HVAC, lighting, electrical, mechanical, AV, cable/satellite TV, internet connectivity/WiFi, plumbing, elevators, fireplaces, pools/hot tubs, masonry, cabinetry, carpentry, painting, landscaping, housekeeping. Basically all parts inside and outside of a home Proactive self thinker, capable of onsite problem solving Strong written and verbal skills Can do attitude Willingness to learn/continue to grow your work skillset as well as your personal skills to be your best self in all situations Discernment and good decision making. Always looking out for the owner, their property and Turnkey properties. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) Ability to go up and down stairs, bend, lift, crawl into tight spaces and stand on ladders, stairs and roofs Basic knowledge of computers and smart phone apps to effectively communicate with the company and it's owners, vendors and programs/systems. Ex., can navigate and use Google and Microsoft suite of programs and commonly used apps on a phone/tablet Supply own cell phone/smart phone, including data plan for internet searches/research/company communication until a company phone is offered Account for all hours and work performed using the app/tools provided and following the company protocol. This may also include tracking of vehicle mileage and proper accounting of receipts to be conveyed asap to the company. Neatly groomed and appropriate work attire Clean/good driving record Clean/good background check
