Job Summary:
As the part-time Maintenance Technician, you will primarily focus on the maintenance of common areas and condo units. You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This intermediate position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades!Job Specifications:

Job Requirements:

- -Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks style="list-style-type:disc
