The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a full-time, benefited, non-exempt position. Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks on Chautauqua facilities, structures and grounds. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Weekend and holiday work may be required. For emergency and inclement weather reporting, this position is considered essential.

The right candidate will have:

3 years all-around residential maintenance experience required (hospitality industry preferred). Basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and painting skills. Strong carpentry skills are a plus. Will need to successfully complete CCA'S Tech I Skill Requirements Evaluation. Experience working in work order system; knowledge of WorxHub a plus. Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well on a team. Strong guest service mindset. Results oriented, able to meet deadlines Valid driver's license Applications will be accepted through October 2, 2026.
