Hot Tub Service Technician The Spa Man Evergreen, Colorado Full-Time | 40+ hours per week About the Position The Spa Man is looking for an experienced, dependable Service Technician to join our Colorado mountain service team. This is a hands-on field position for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable troubleshooting electrical and plumbing systems, and takes pride in solving problems correctly. Our technicians service and install premium hot tubs throughout Colorado's mountain communities. You'll work independently in the field while being supported by an established service and sales team. Hot tub experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train an experienced technician from a related trade who has strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hot tub electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems Troubleshoot pumps, heaters, controls, sensors and related components Perform scheduled maintenance and service calls Assist with hot tub deliveries, installations and start-ups Replace panels, components and equipment as needed Identify problems and recommend appropriate repairs Maintain accurate service information and communicate completed work Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers and other customers Maintain company tools, equipment and service vehicle Work safely and professionally at customer properties

Qualifications Required:

Electrical troubleshooting experience Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to diagnose problems independently Professional communication and customer-service skills Dependable work habits and attention to detail Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to perform the physical requirements of field service work Ability to work outdoors in Colorado mountain conditions

Preferred:

Hot tub or pool service experience Plumbing experience HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, facilities maintenance or similar technical experience Experience working directly with residential customers Candidates with strong electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing or mechanical backgrounds are encouraged to apply even without previous hot tub experience.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

Schedule and Location This position is based in Breckenridge, Colorado , with field service throughout the surrounding area. Occasional work in other Colorado mountain locations may be required. Typical schedule is approximately 40 hours per week , with additional hours available based on service demand.
