The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced , driven, hands-on installer who thrives under real deadlines and holds themselves to a high standard. You'll install fleet graphics across multi-vehicle accounts , vehicle wraps, and signage, and jump into production when the team needs you. Much of our work means turning around consistent, precise graphics across a whole fleet — so every truck, van, or trailer matches, and every detail counts. • Prep vehicles and surfaces for flawless graphic installation
• Remove existing vinyl and adhesive cleanly and efficiently
• Install fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, and vinyl graphics on cars, trucks, vans, trailers, walls, windows, and more
• Maintain consistency and precision across multi-vehicle fleet jobs, so every unit matches to spec
• Execute installs with precision, speed, and attention to detail
• Follow layouts exactly — no guesswork, no shortcuts
• Safely operate knives and tools for trimming and finishing
• Assist in production (laminating, cutting, weeding, plotting, etc.)
• Keep fleet projects moving on schedule and communicate proactively with the team

• Proven, hands-on experience installing vinyl decals, vehicle wraps, and fleet graphics — this is required, not preferred. We need someone who can hit the ground running.

• Measure, align, and install graphics with accuracy — and repeat that accuracy consistently across an entire fleet
• Stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Adapt quickly when plans shift
• Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Maintain strong visual and physical awareness on the job Requirements
• Proven wrap and fleet graphics installation experience (required)
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
