Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Tech / Handyman to join our dynamic facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of building systems, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. Your expertise will help support our operational needs across the residential setting, contributing to the overall safety and comfort of our residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your handy, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing, flooring, dry wall, and other building systems to ensure optimal operation. Conduct repair and fabricate parts as needed to support facility operations. Assist with residential painting projects and minor carpentry tasks to uphold facility aesthetics. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed efficiently. Use tools and other diagnostic devices to identify faults and recommend solutions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in facility/property maintenance or related roles within manufacturing or residential environments. Strong building knowledge with the ability to perform handyman tasks such as flooring install, drywall patch, plumbing etc. Electrical experience including troubleshooting is highly desirable. Knowledge of residential painting techniques and general handyman skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Pay:
$23.00 - $29.61 per hour
