Full Job Description Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, and building systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, steam lines, and other mechanical equipment. Repair and maintain air conditioning and HVAC/R systems. Perform general building maintenance, including painting, drywall, light construction, and infrastructure upgrades. Perform pipe threading and welding as needed. Diagnose, repair, and replace faulty components using mechanical knowledge and technical documentation. Read and create schematics and technical diagrams. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts used. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Communicate clearly and give/receive direction while coordinating tasks with others. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of HVAC/R, mechanical systems, and MRO practices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and generate schematics and technical diagrams. Comfortable working on ladders and forklift platforms. Computer proficient. Strong safety awareness and attention to detail. Leadership and teamwork skills. Prior construction experience preferred, but not required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, kneel, and crouch as required. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. repeatedly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Pay:

$27.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
